Our dedication to sustainability goes beyond sourcing. We continuously evaluate and improve our processes across all areas of production. At Cosaco, we believe that contributing to a sustainable future requires ongoing effort to protect and conserve valuable resources for generations to come.
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving energy efficiency and reducing emissions, we have defined the following sustainability targets for the period 2021–2030:
- Reduce energy consumption by 8% by 2030 -baseline year: 2021. We achieved 5.9 % until end of 2024. We are on track.
- Reduce greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1) by 10% by 2030 - baseline year: 2021. We achieved 2.9% until end of 2024. We are on track
- Reduce greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 2) by 15% by 2030 - baseline year: 2021. We achieved 14.3% until end of 2024. We are on track.
These targets reflect our long-term commitment to responsible production and continuous improvement.
